Title: Product Owner
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Type: - Contract
Must Have Skills- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Agile methodology
- Strong knowledge of Agile SDLC development approaches
- Experience with AWS Cloud Computing
- Solid understanding of requirement analysis (functional & non-functional)
- Ability to design, build, and deliver new products/services from feasibility through production
- Strong communication, facilitation, planning, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and willingness to become an SME
- Airline industry knowledge and/or experience with business process re-engineering (preferred)
Responsibilities- Conduct detailed research of existing systems, processes, and business objectives
- Partner with Product Managers and SMEs to prioritize features based on business value
- Create and elaborate epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Deliver requirements using artifacts such as process flows, wireframes, mockups, demos, interaction diagrams
- Work with cross-functional teams in a Scrum framework
- Facilitate sessions, document new features, and define strategies
- Perform testing, track bugs/enhancements, and ensure production readiness
- Manage multiple initiatives while balancing evolving priorities
- Use data and metrics to evaluate solution impact and support decision-making
- Define problem statements, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk mitigation
- Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships
