MUST HAVES
- 5+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager/Business Analyst experience within healthcare payer environments
- Deep expertise in provider lifecycle management, provider data, and operational workflows
- Strong Medicaid and Medicare experience (required)
- Hands-on experience with provider contracting, pricing, reimbursement, and payment configuration workflows
- Strong understanding of provider hierarchy structures and provider data relationships (NPI, legal entity, contracting entity, affiliations, specialties, etc.)
- Experience leading workflow/process modernization and provider data governance initiatives across legacy systems
- Ability to drive execution with urgency while partnering across operations, business, and engineering teams
- Experience working with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to accelerate product delivery and design
Range: $50-70/hr
