The role is responsible for end to end execution of the technology investment plan, ensuring alignment across strategy, execution, delivery governance, and change management. The position involves significant operational leadership, orchestration, and transformation activities, with limited focus on financial modeling.

 

1.Lead end to end execution of the technology investment and portfolio roadmap
2.Act as a trusted advisor and right hand partner to senior portfolio leadership
3.Translate strategic priorities into execution plans, milestones, and outcomes
4.Drive portfolio governance, including prioritization, dependency management, and execution tracking
5.Orchestrate cross functional delivery across technology, business, operations, and transformation teams
6.Own operational cadence, including leadership reviews, status reporting, and escalation management
7.Execute change management activities, including adoption planning, stakeholder engagement, and communications
8.Identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges; drive timely resolution
9.Ensure alignment between portfolio initiatives, capacity, and enterprise priorities
10.Partner closely with program, product, and engineering leaders to drive delivery discipline
11.Enable transparency into portfolio health, progress, and outcomes for executive audiences
12.Support continuous improvement of portfolio operating models and execution processes

Mandatory Skills:

Credit Card, Banking, Financial Services, lean portfolio management

1.12+ years of experience in portfolio strategy, operations, program leadership, or transformation roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment
2.Proven experience leading large-scale, complex portfolios with multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and dependencies
3.Strong track record of end-to-end execution ownership from strategy through delivery and operationalization
4.Expertise in operating model design, governance, and execution management
5.Demonstrated leadership in change management, including driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
6.Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority
7.Highly structured, action-oriented problem solver with strong judgment and attention to detail
8.Comfortable operating in high-visibility, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments
US-based with ability to work onsite or hybrid in New York, NY

Desired Skills:

1.Experience supporting technology investment planning or enterprise-scale technology portfolios
2.Background in consulting, strategy & operations, transformation, or internal advisory roles
3.Familiarity with Agile, product-centric, or hybrid delivery models at scale
4.Experience serving as an interim or backfill leader during periods of organizational transition
5.Strong storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize data into executive-ready narratives
6.Exposure to tools supporting portfolio governance, roadmap management, or enterprise planning (e.g., PPM, OKRs, road mapping tools)
