Job Title: Product Owner

Duration: Contract 12-18 months

Location: Chandler, AZ

Required Pay Scale: $58-61/hr

Job Summary:

The Product Owner will support technology initiatives within the Chief Technology Infrastructure (CTI) organization. This individual will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery partners to define, prioritize, and deliver cloud infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives. The role requires ownership of product backlogs, Agile delivery execution, and coordination across multiple technology teams to ensure successful implementation of enterprise cloud initiatives.

Project Details:

• Support cloud infrastructure and platform engineering initiatives within the CTI organization.
• Drive Agile delivery processes, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.
• Align technology roadmaps and product features with enterprise priorities and governance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with change management, risk management, and operational standards.
• Support automation, standardization, and cloud modernization efforts leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Must Haves

• 4-8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, cloud operations, or related technology environments.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product ownership principles.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform or Terraform Enterprise.
• Experience developing and maintaining Terraform modules and infrastructure configurations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure deployment processes.
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices and integrating security controls into automated workflows.
• Knowledge of GCP networking, IAM, VPCs, load balancing, and cloud architecture fundamentals.

Desired Skills

• Experience with policy-as-code, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.
• Experience driving automation and standardization across cloud environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, and security teams.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and platform reliability best practices.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled automation technologies.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex infrastructure platforms.
