Currently we are searching for two Product Owners – D365 CRM, to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.




SUMMARY

We are seeking experienced Product Owners to join an enterprise CRM organization supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). These roles will partner closely with business stakeholders and Agile development teams to deliver strategic CRM initiatives, enhance the customer experience, and drive adoption across multiple business units.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team supporting a large enterprise transformation. One opening is a backfill while the second is a newly created position driven by continued business growth and expanding CRM initiatives.




The ideal candidate is an experienced SAFe Product Owner who thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment, enjoys collaborating with both technical and business teams, and has a strong understanding of CRM platforms, data flow, and product delivery.

JOB DUTIES
  • Own and prioritize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product backlog in a SAFe Agile environment.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define features, and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, PI Planning, and other Agile ceremonies while coordinating work across cross-functional Scrum teams.
  • Research opportunities to onboard new business units onto the CRM platform while driving enhancements for existing users.
  • Drive Customer 360 initiatives and improve CRM integrations, including Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ), to maximize business value.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and business leaders throughout the product lifecycle to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Prioritize work based on business value, customer impact, and organizational objectives.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Participate in release planning, roadmap development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships across business and IT organizations while serving as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of Product Owner experience in an Agile environment.
  • 3+ years of recent CRM Product Owner experience.
  • Experience working within a SAFe Agile framework.
  • Strong experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, facilitating sprint planning, and collaborating with Scrum teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE strongly preferred; Salesforce CRM Product Owners with transferable experience will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data mapping, integrations, and data flow.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional development teams.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ)
  • Microsoft Power Platform
  • Azure DevOps or similar Agile management tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and adapt to changing business priorities
  • Experience leading enterprise CRM initiatives from concept through delivery
