Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong healthcare payer background, specifically in medical plans. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Business Analyst and Quality Assurance experience and be comfortable leading requirements through testing in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
" Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
" Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories have clear acceptance criteria.
" Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
" Create and maintain business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
" Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases to validate business requirements.
" Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while working closely with QA and development teams to resolve defects.
" Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
" Experience as a Product Owner with prior Business Analyst and Quality Assurance responsibilities.
" Strong healthcare payer/medical plan experience.
" Hands-on experience gathering and documenting requirements.
" Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
" Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
" Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
" Local candidates preferred.
" Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams within healthcare organizations.
