- Author and maintain core Product Owner deliverables throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks that could impact delivery timelines.
- Partner with project and program management to maintain momentum, manage dependencies, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Establish and maintain effective communication plans for project teams and key stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to impacted stakeholder groups.
- Serve as the subject-matter authority for assigned connectivity products, answering product and design questions and representing the product perspective in cross-functional and engineering reviews.
- Present complex technical and product information to audiences ranging from small working groups to 50+ stakeholders.
- Build consensus and influence decisions across teams without relying on direct organizational authority.
- Apply sound judgment regarding when to independently resolve an issue and when to engage leadership or additional stakeholders.
- Drive effective change management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, deliverables, and team effectiveness through technology and AI-assisted approaches.
