About the Role:

We're looking for a Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of business needs, user experience, and technical execution. In this role, you'll serve as the subject matter expert for a defined set of products and users, working closely with an Agile development team to deliver meaningful enhancements and long-term value.

You'll own the team backlog, manage intake and prioritization, and ensure that tactical work aligns with broader domain and organizational strategy. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and emerging leader within your product space, with hands-on exposure to Agile methodologies.
  • Ensure team-level planning and road mapping align with domain strategy and organizational goals.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Senior Product Owners to document business and functional requirements for new features, enhancements, and release notes.
  • Participate in all Agile ceremonies, ensuring high-quality story creation, backlog maintenance, and prioritization.
  • Support cross-functional project planning, track progress, and maintain clear communication across all participants.
  • Maintain a continuous feedback loop with customers, agents, users, and stakeholders throughout product launch and lifecycle.
  • Act as the daily point of contact for both the development team and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate testing, documentation, and training sessions for ITSC and other supporting teams ahead of major releases.
  • Manage all intake and triage activities across multiple systems

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
  • Ability to translate API capabilities into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear functional requirements.
  • Basic understanding of backend systems (microservices, service layers, databases) to communicate effectively with engineering.
  • 3 years of experience working in an Agile product development environment
  • High collaboration with the ability to manage expectations across business and technical stakeholders
