Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in the FINEOS platform to lead product development initiatives in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional partners to define product vision, manage backlogs, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for FINEOS-based solutions
Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and release plans
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and strategic goals
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with FINEOS configuration and development teams to ensure accurate implementation
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environments
Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements in the insurance domain
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against requirements
Monitor product performance and continuously identify areas for improvement
Provide domain expertise in claims, policy administration, or billing within FINEOS

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile environments
Hands-on experience with the FINEOS platform (Claims, Policy, or Billing modules preferred)
Strong understanding of insurance domain (Life, Disability, or Group Benefits)
Experience in backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification
Experience with FINEOS configuration and integration capabilities
Knowledge of APIs, data mapping, and system integrations
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
