• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Knowledge of delivering customer-facing software development
• A self starter mindset with proven experience in delivering end to end experiences
• Detail orientated with ability to translate complex information into business-friendly language
• Ability to align various stakeholders across organizational teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Spanish speaking a plus, but not a sole focus
• Familiarity with content as a service
• Adobe experience manager
• Agile software development
• Content translation tools

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or will consider experience.
