The Product Owner translates business problems from BUs into well-defined product solutions, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from problem discovery and solution design through delivery and BU adoption. The Product Owner partners with BU stakeholders, designers, and engineers to incubate, validate, and scale solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU stakeholders to scope, validate, and prioritize business problems suitable for innovation incubation.

• Translate business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Lead user journey mapping, wireframing, and rapid prototyping - to validate ideas before build.

• Own the product backlog, sprint planning, and prioritization in alignment with BU outcomes and the innovation pipeline.

• Workclosely with engineers and designers to deliver MVPs, pilots, and production-ready solutions.

• Define and track product KPIs, with a focus on BU Adoption Rate and P&L impact.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to iterate on solutions.

• Coordinate with Core Tech team to ensure solutions align with platform standards and policies.

• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to BU leaders and Innovation Steering Committee.

• Document learnings and contribute to the Innovation team's playbook for repeatable incubation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Solution Designer in a cross-functional product team.

• Strong solution design skills - design thinking, user journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping (Figma or equivalent).

• Proficient with agile delivery and backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence).

• Sufficient technical literacy to collaborate with engineers on architecture, APIs, and feasibility trade-offs.

• Excellent communication in both Thai and English, with the ability to write clear product specs and present to executives.

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across senior business and tech audiences.

• Able to shape ambiguous problems into shippable solutions.
