Workday Technical Product Owner - Talent & Learning
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 10+ years in HR Tech with focus on Talent & Learning
- Strong Workday expertise in Talent & Performance, Learning, and Skills Cloud
- Experience in skills-based transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of performance management, succession planning, learning management, and learning experience platforms
- Strong product mindset with roadmap ownership, storytelling ability, and stakeholder alignment
- Ability to drive AI-enabled talent, skills, learning, and workforce planning capabilities

Role Summary
A strategic product leader responsible for transforming the Talent & Learning ecosystem into a skills-driven, AI-enabled platform that enhances employee growth, internal mobility, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and drive the Talent & Learning product strategy
- Build roadmap aligned to skills-based organization, career development, internal mobility, and leadership pipeline
- Domain Leadership
- Bring deep expertise in performance management, succession planning, learning management, and learning experience platforms
- Guide HR to shift from process-driven to skills-driven models
- Experience Design
- Design end-to-end employee journeys for career growth, learning pathways, and performance cycles
- Focus on consumer-grade employee experiences
- Solutioning & Delivery
- Partner with solution engineers to configure scalable Workday Talent & Learning solutions
- Integrate with external learning ecosystems and skills platforms
- Lead prototyping and iterative solution design
- AI & Innovation
- Drive AI-powered skill inference, recommendations, and personalized learning journeys
- Enable talent insights and workforce planning inputs
- Execution
- Own backlog, prioritization, and sprint outcomes
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement
