Responsibilities:
- Serves as the functional engine of the product team
- Working closely with the SPM to provide operational, execution, and triage support for core hospitality technologies. (Parking technology, digital keys)
- This role manages day-to-day project organization, documentation, tech lab testing, and cross-functional release workflows (including CAB submissions).
- Bridging the gap between strategy and execution, the Associate delivers critical onsite go-live support, drives user training, and handles "Keep the Lights On" (KTLO) operations by triaging routine defects, minor features, and support requests to ensure seamless property operations.

- Years of experience required: 6-12
