Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Product Owner for their Las Vegas, NV/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Serves as the functional engine of the product team
Working closely with the SPM to provide operational, execution, and triage support for core hospitality technologies. (Parking technology, digital keys)
This role manages day-to-day project organization, documentation, tech lab testing, and cross-functional release workflows (including CAB submissions).
Bridging the gap between strategy and execution, the Associate delivers critical onsite go-live support, drives user training, and handles "Keep the Lights On" (KTLO) operations by triaging routine defects, minor features, and support requests to ensure seamless property operations.
