Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong experience in Digital Advertising, AdTech, or Marketing Strategy platforms
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Campaign lifecycle management
- Audience targeting and segmentation
- Performance marketing and attribution models
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product delivery processes
- Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong knowledge of data-driven marketing, including A/B testing, analytics, and KPIs
- Experience working with cross-functional teams:
- Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
- Ability to translate marketing strategies into technical product requirements
- Excellent communication skills across:
- Technical teams (developers, architects)
- Business leadership and marketing stakeholders
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a Product Owner for digital advertising and marketing platforms, driving end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
Define and manage product backlogs for solutions across:
o Digital advertising platforms (Search, Display, Social, Programmatic)
o Marketing automation and campaign management systems
o Customer segmentation and targeting tools
Lead the design and enhancement of ad products, campaign workflows, and marketing strategies to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to:
o Translate business and campaign goals into scalable product features
o Incorporate data-driven insights into product decisions
Drive integration with ad tech and martech ecosystems, such as:
o Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs, CDPs
o Marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud)
Own product roadmap, prioritization, and delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Lead digital transformation initiatives focused on:
o Enhancing customer acquisition and retention
o Improving campaign effectiveness and attribution
Utilize Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and progress tracking.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year
