Pay Range: $50 - $55/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
 

Introduction

Join our team as a Product Owner, where you will play a critical role in managing and refining our product backlog, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with key priorities and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis and Product Management
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies
• Ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with FINEOS
• Proficiency in data wrangling and data visualization tools
• Experience in leading cross-team demos

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prioritize, refine, and manage the product backlog
• Interview users, stakeholders, and business leaders to understand their priorities and vision
• Collaborate with Business Analytics and Operational teams to maximize the value of data tools
• Lead demos and guide other Product Managers and Product Owners
• Work with scrum masters and agile teams to ensure product artifacts meet the definition of ready and done
• Develop and track progress against a product roadmap
• Manage impediments, resolve issues, and fix broken processes
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide coaching
