Responsibilities (Technical Product Owner Spec-driven AI)
1. Define clear, structured specifications Create precise, testable, and AI-consumable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases).
2. Requirement Gathering - Able to gather business requirements and translate them into clear, detailed specifications for development teams
3. Experience in prompt engineering, with understanding of mock-up fields and specification-driven development
4. Experience working across ARTs and managing multiple teams
5. Knowledge of data and system pipelines, with the ability to interpret and work within them
6. Enable AI-driven development Shape requirements so tools like GitHub Copilot and automation frameworks can effectively generate code and tests.
7. Align stakeholders Bridge business, engineering, and QE teams to ensure shared understanding of specifications and outcomes.
8. Drive test-first approach Ensure specifications directly translate into automated test scenarios (e.g., Playwright).
9. Support standardization efforts Contribute to building reusable frameworks, templates, and governance for cross-team adoption.
