Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Product Owner for a Contract with a client in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog, translating business needs into actionable features, and driving successful product delivery within Agile environments.

Rate Range: $54/hour to $57/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Product Owner Job Responsibilities include:

• Prioritize, refine, and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and business leaders to gather requirements and define product features and capabilities.

• Develop, maintain, and track product roadmaps while driving feature delivery within Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

• Coordinate UAT planning, product releases, and sprint activities to ensure quality delivery and timely resolution of issues.

• Lead product demonstrations, facilitate cross-functional communication, and work closely with Scrum Masters and Agile teams.

• Manage risks, resolve impediments, and foster strong stakeholder relationships to drive continuous product improvement and business value.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or related Agile product leadership role.

• Strong experience managing product backlogs, defining product roadmaps, gathering business requirements, and driving Agile product delivery.

• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, UAT coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and leading product demonstrations within large-scale enterprise environments.

Pay Details: $54.00 to $57.00 per hour
