Product Owner/PM

ROLE_DESCRIPTION -

Requirements gathering with business SMEs, architecture, and upstream/downstream partners

• Writing user stories and GWT acceptance criteria; running backlog refinement, sprint planning, and POAT
• Cross-team integration coordination (contract alignment, sequencing, dependencies)
• Stakeholder communications, roadmap updates, and prep of program artifacts (status slides, etc.)
• Program-support activities as they arise: defect triage, mock events, Production parallel testing (EPP Ignite/Amplify), consumer/producer check-ins, table tops, training materials, RUN team onboarding, and production readiness

What we''re looking for in the person:

• 5+ years of PM/PO experience in a scaled agile environment (preferred)
• Comfort with data-, API-, or file-centric work - able to reason about schemas, file layouts, and integration patterns without needing engineering to translate
• Track record of coordinating cross-team dependencies in a modernization or re-platforming program
• Financial services / transfer agency / mutual fund domain background strongly preferred (NSCC, FundServ, DTCC exposure a plus)
• Self-directed - can absorb context on an in-flight program and start adding value within 2-3 sprints
• Strong communicator who flags risks early and keeps dependencies from going stale

Skills: Digital : Python~Digital : Amazon Web Service(AWS) Cloud Computing~AI and Automation Experience Required: 6-8
