We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Project Manager to lead requirements gathering, backlog management, cross-team coordination, and Agile delivery within a large-scale modernization program. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a scaled Agile environment and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Project Manager to lead requirements gathering, backlog management, cross-team coordination, and Agile delivery within a large-scale modernization program. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a scaled Agile environment and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements with business SMEs, architecture teams, and upstream/downstream partners.
- Write user stories and GWT (Given-When-Then) acceptance criteria.
- Conduct backlog refinement, sprint planning, and POAT activities.
- Coordinate cross-team integrations, including contract alignment, sequencing, and dependency management.
- Manage stakeholder communications, roadmap updates, and prepare program artifacts such as status reports and presentation materials.
- Support program activities including defect triage, mock events, Production Parallel Testing (EPP Ignite/Amplify), consumer and producer check-ins, tabletop exercises, training materials, RUN team onboarding, and production readiness.

- 6–8 years of Product Owner or Project Management experience.
- Experience working in a scaled Agile environment.
- Ability to work with data-, API-, or file-centric solutions and understand schemas, file layouts, and integration patterns.
- Experience coordinating cross-team dependencies in modernization or re-platforming programs.
- Financial services, transfer agency, or mutual fund domain experience preferred.
- Exposure to NSCC, FundServ, or DTCC is a plus.
- Ability to quickly understand ongoing programs and contribute within 2–3 sprints.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to identify risks early and manage dependencies effectively.
