Key Responsibilities- Serve as Product Owner for teams operating in a SAFe Agile environment
- Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in Jira (100% of work managed in Jira)
- Manage features and user stories through the full development lifecycle in accordance with internal policies and controls
- Partner with IT throughout design, development, testing, and delivery
- Structure and deliver work aligned to SAFe Agile methodology
- Run and support Scrum team ceremonies and execution
- Proactively learn business processes related to deposit account restrictions
- Ensure clear communication between business and technical stakeholders
- Support a risk mitigation initiative impacting restricted account interactions
Required Qualifications- Agile Product Owner experience in a SAFe Agile environment
- 3-5 years of experience working in banking
- Extensive hands-on experience using Jira for backlog and feature management
- Experience managing features and stories through the full development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of how to run a Scrum team
- Self-starter who requires minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with infrastructure or core banking systems
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn new business processes
- Experience with deposit accounts or payments processing
- Familiarity with JWM and ServiceNow (supplemental systems)
