Experience in a DataOps operating model or with teams combining data engineering and data analysis capabilities.
Prior experience leading product work through organizational or operating-model change.
The Pharmacy Data Reporting team has significant work underway but needs stronger product leadership to create a credible roadmap, sequence competing needs, and establish greater visibility into capacity and delivery. The incoming Product Owner will not simply administer a backlog—they will provide the product direction, prioritization discipline, and cross-functional coordination needed to help the team operate more effectively.
Pharmacy-domain experience is not mandatory, but it will help the candidate quickly establish credibility with data operations partners and contribute more rapidly in a highly visible healthcare-data environment.
