Job Title: Product Owner with Retail Background
Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with deep expertise in the Retail Industry Domain to lead and drive retail consulting initiatives within the retail Consulting family.
Leverage extensive knowledge of the retail industry domain to provide strategic insights and solutions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement retail consulting strategies
Analyze market trends and retail business challenges to offer innovative solutions
Drive transformation projects focused on enhancing retail operations and customer experience
Utilize strong consulting skills to influence client decisionmaking and business growth Mentor and guide junior consultants to build a highperforming team
Ensure alignment of retail consulting practices with organizational goals and client expectations
Stay updated with emerging retail technologies and industry best practices
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead endtoend retail consulting engagements for clients in the retail sector Develop and present comprehensive retail strategies and roadmaps tailored to client needs
Manage client relationships ensuring high satisfaction and continued partnership
Oversee project delivery ensuring quality timeliness and budget adherence
Identify new business opportunities within the retail domain and contribute to proposal development
Drive innovation by integrating new retail technologies and methodologies into consulting offerings
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to position retail consulting services effectively
Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance client capabilities and knowledge

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
