Lead and mentor a team of thermal product managers, focusing on portfolio optimization and business growth. Generate and evaluate new product concepts as part of the New Product Commercialization process. Create and maintain product roadmaps that define future portfolio direction and innovation plans. Partner closely with the marketing organization to build market insights and support strategic initiatives. Identify and pursue new applications and markets for existing products and services. Develop business cases for new technologies, including revenue forecasts, market opportunity assessments, margin analysis, risk evaluations, and overall commercial viability. Represent the business at technical conferences, customer Tech Days, product training sessions, and industry trade shows. Oversee key customer programs to ensure successful execution and delivery. Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships that support long-term business growth objectives. Drive the evaluation, development, and launch of innovative product opportunities. Analyze and document competitive activity, emerging technologies, market trends, and evolving customer needs within the electronics sector. Lead product and technology benchmarking efforts, including performance testing, component and cost analysis, design comparisons, channel assessments, and risk evaluations. Prepare and deliver market analyses, reports, and presentations for divisional and executive leadership teams. Participate in and champion initiatives focused on improving cost efficiency, lead times, quality performance, and operational capabilities through implementation.

Experienced with product launches, product success, product portfolio management. Commutable to Woburn, MA. Ability to travel when needed. Team management experience.
