Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps for Incident Detection & Response Services.
  • Map customer requirements into backlog features, automation enhancements, and use-case initiatives.
  • Coordinate with engineering, SOC, and compliance stakeholders on feature delivery.
  • Define value metrics, operational KPIs, and measurable success criteria.
  • Manage intake of new capabilities, ensuring alignment to strategy and regulatory frameworks.
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and
  • cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and strategic goals.
  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and
  • retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and delivery.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of software and service delivery, ensuring milestones and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security analysts, and other teams to ensure product requirements are clearly
