Product Quality Analyst

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Product Quality Analyst to join their team. As a Product Quality Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Customer Support and Product Improvement teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Range: $37/hr

What's the Job?

  • Analyze and resolve customer technical and clinical questions regarding healthcare products.
  • Correspond with customers to communicate inquiry results and product analysis findings.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate unusual product performance issues.
  • Participate in product improvement initiatives, field failure analysis, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Document product complaints, investigate issues, and prepare customer correspondence addressing complaints.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma required; degree preferred.
  • Five to seven years of customer support experience is preferred.
  • Strong PC and data entry skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is required; medical device experience is a plus.
