Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Customer SupportSpecialist to handle customer inquiries and product-related concerns for medical devices. This role involves investigating product performance issues, documenting complaints, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve customer technical and clinical inquiries related to medical devices
  • Communicate with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, biomedical technicians, etc.) to gather and document product-related issues
  • Investigate product complaints, perform root cause analysis, and provide clear responses to customers
  • Escalate complex or unusual product performance issues to engineering or quality teams as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to address product concerns
  • Maintain accurate documentation of complaints, investigations, and resolutions in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify trends in customer complaints and contribute to product and service improvements
  • Act as a liaison between business units for quality and technical matters
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in PC applications and data entry
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry (preferred but not required)
  • Experience handling product complaints or quality-related processes
