As the Quality Engineering Manager supporting Motion products, you will lead a global team responsible for product quality across the full lifecycle. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, partnering across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Business, and Customer-facing teams to strengthen issue resolution, reduce cost of poor quality, and ensure quality is built into new and existing products. This role is an opportunity for someone looking to expand their people leadership, business ownership, and cross-functional influence within a high-impact product quality organization. This Role reports to the Sr Product Quality Manager for Power and Motion within the Quality organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Product Quality Engineers and Technicians while setting priorities, driving accountability, and supporting professional growth.
• Lead projects to reduce warranty and cost of poor quality through improved design robustness, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, and issue resolution.
• Increase proactive quality planning, standard work, and lifecycle quality improvements across new product introduction and existing Motion product support.
• Lead disciplined problem solving through CAPA, 8D, root cause analysis, containment, corrective action, and effectiveness verification.
• Partner cross-functionally to align on quality risks, priorities, decisions, escalations, and corrective action plans while driving ownership through closure.
• Ensure product development activities comply with corporate and business-level quality processes and procedures.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor''s Degree
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience.
• 5 years of experience in product development, product quality, customer quality, manufacturing quality, reliability, or technical issue resolution.
• Bachelor''s Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience may also be considered.
• Ability to use data to identify trends, prioritize risk, influence decisions, and lead through any ambiguity or urgent business escalations.
• Working knowledge of structured problem-solving and proactive quality methods, including 8D, CAPA, RCA, DfSS, APQP, and DfX.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical quality topics across functional boundaries and organizational levels.
• Experience leading technical projects and supporting large-scale system development efforts..
