Job Title: Product Registration Representative
Job Duration: 12+ months
Est. Pay Range: 18.00 –19.50 /hr. USD
Work Type: Onsite
Overview/ Responsibilities:
•Provide support to our Distributor network, dealer or homeowners.
•Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution network, dealer or homeowners.
•Ensure that product model/serial numbers are loaded into our system.
•Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email/Salesforce cases and telephone.
•Provide website navigation instruction for registering products online.
•Register equipment for homeowners when customer has no internet access.
•Provide customer warranty information.
•Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors.
•Refer customer to correct person/team when not a registration issue.
•Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed.
