Job Title: Product Registration Representative
Job Duration: 12+ months
Est. Pay Range: 18.00 – 19.50 /hr. USD
Work Type: Onsite
Overview/ Responsibilities:
• Provide support to our Distributor network, dealer or homeowners.
• Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution network, dealer or homeowners.
• Ensure that product model/serial numbers are loaded into our system.
• Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email/Salesforce cases and telephone.
• Provide website navigation instruction for registering products online.
• Register equipment for homeowners when customer has no internet access.
• Provide customer warranty information.
• Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors.
• Refer customer to correct person/team when not a registration issue.
• Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed.
