Job Title: Product Researcher

Responsibilities

• Onboards to client systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research.
• Executes procedural tasks in labs, pilot plants, clinical sites, or on computers, including assembly of samples/prototypes and running tests.
• Creates and updates specifications based on standard information and executes simple technical solutions.
• Supports analytical testing by submitting products to analytical labs.
• Utilizes client systems such as SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS.
• Assists the product team in refining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Conducts customer and market research, documenting findings analytically.

Requirements

• Technical rigor to produce, review, and document technical and consumer data points.
• High proficiency and experience using computer tools (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer or Chrome).
• Experience in R&D products research for testing and documenting results.
• Ability to communicate unexpected results and execute with excellence, on time and with quality.
