Mathews Nissan and Honda of Paris is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Product Retail Specialist to join our team. The Product Retail Specialist plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, delivering detailed product knowledge, and creating an outstanding retail experience for every guest.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival and engage them in a professional, friendly manner.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and capabilities to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Guide customers through the sales process by answering product-related questions and addressing any concerns.
- Offer test drives and explain the benefits of various models, trims, and available upgrades.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom by ensuring vehicles are clean, prepped, and ready for display.
- Stay updated on inventory, new arrivals, and promotions to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and department sales goals.
- Attend training sessions and stay informed on new technologies, product updates, and market trends.
- Follow up with customers after visits to nurture relationships and provide ongoing support.

Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or automotive sales is a plus.
