Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Analyze and develop dispositions for production non-conformances.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical, operational, and quality issues.
Support product/process improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
Partner with production personnel and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Participate in design reviews and MRB-related activities.
Support damage repair, structural modifications, and engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with engineering and manufacturing standards.
Represent engineering from initial build through production and post-production.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
5+ years of experience in:
Structures Engineering
Systems Engineering
Design Engineering
Production Engineering
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of MRB (Material Review Board) experience related to aircraft systems or structures.
Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes.
Prior BCA Engineering MRB Certification.
