    Tasks

    The ideal Product Sales Manager must fulfill the following requirements:

    • Calculation of Power by the hour contracts for MRO and Pooling of aircraft components in accordance with all parties involved
    • Develop supply concepts from the complete product portfolio of component supply in aircraft maintenance
    • Create contracts in accordance with business unit requirements and adjust or revise scope of the contract
    • Preparation for performance and production with all Lufthansa Technik Group stakeholders until handover to fulfillment
    • Responsibility of sales projects
    • Develop and sustain strong relationships with key MRO accounts across the Americas
    • Execute sales projects, including coordination of internal production preparation
    • Plan, schedule, and conduct customer visits across North, Central, and South America
    • All other duties as assigned or required

    Requirements

    To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

    • High school diploma/GED desirable
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience desired
    • +2 years of experience in Account and Sales Management
    • Fluency in English language required
    • Excellent skills in German, Spanish or Portuguese desirable
    • Extensive expertise and in-depth understanding of the aviation industry
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent ability to work under pressure
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills (capable of giving technical presentations to groups of up to 10 people)
    • Ability to understand and manage complexity
    • Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international)
    • Manage constant time pressure
    • Manage high stress levels
    • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
