Job Description:
This position is accountable for building customer orders by placing product on pallets throughout the warehouse filling the order by locating products and building a stable load.
Job Duties:
Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment (pallet jacks, walkie-riders, forklifts) in a safe manner and without accidents. Be aware of others around you. Avoid damage to the product. Avoid injuries.
Walkie Rider / Pallet Jack inspections daily
Learn all product / date codes
Perform a combination of tasks to prepare customer orders for shipment while using iPod and scanner.
Operates warehouse vehicles and equipment through all areas of the warehouse to collect product from pallets, rollers and other storage areas.
Build a stable pallet containing a variety of shapes and sizes.
Assist in keeping warehouse clean and orderly, clean up trash, level pallets, and take out trash.
Make sure all package products are correct on each order.
Report to warehouse management anything that will contribute to more efficient warehouse activities.
Accurately pulls product and stages orders at QA station.
Adds tags to pallets at QA station.
Collects breakers and deposits in the repack room.
Ensure pallets are stacked neatly.
Clean assigned isles; sweep, plastic removal and down stack.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GEDrequired.
Ability to work with computerprograms associated with the performance of the position.
Good communication skills, ability to work well with all levels of the organization,to organize, and prioritize
Decision making, thoroughness and time management a must.
Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Must pass all pre-employment screenings including a physical, drug test and background investigation.
Able to work independently in a fast paced warehouse operation and learn product locations.
Able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.
Work experience in warehouse or other field preferred.
Must be able to constantly lift 20-50 lbs. and frequently up to 160 lbs.
