Position: Product & Solutions Lead Digital Solutions Department

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) is seeking a highly experienced Product & Solutions Lead to drive the development and delivery of integrated digital solutions across our portfolio. This role serves as a key technical and commercial advisor throughout the customer lifecyclefrom solution design and proposal through post-sales engagementensuring that our offerings deliver measurable value and long-term impact.

This is a critical, customer-facing role for a leader who excels at bridging technology and business strategy in complex, data-driven environments.

What Youll Do:

Solution Strategy & Architecture

• Design and develop end-to-end solutions that integrate multiple products, technologies, and services.
• Collaborate with sales to define commercial strategies and processes for Digital Solutions offerings.
• Translate customer business needs into actionable technical and commercial requirements.

Customer Engagement & Advisory

• Serve as a trusted technical and commercial advisor during solution identification, proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
• Engage directly with customers to understand use cases, operational challenges, and strategic goals.
• Maintain post-sales relationships to identify expansion opportunities and new use cases.

Proposal Development & Commercial Support

• Prepare comprehensive proposals, including pricing models, cost structures, and contractual elements.
• Support sales efforts by aligning technical solutions with customer value and business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions.
• Work across MEPPI divisions to integrate capabilities and drive unified offerings.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

• Lead development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate solution value and accelerate adoption.
• Drive industry thought leadership through white papers, technical documentation, and co-developed customer content.
• Stay at the forefront of digital trends, smart grid technologies, and emerging industry innovations.

Relationship & Brand Stewardship

• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Represent MEPPI professionally in all interactions, reinforcing the companys reputation for innovation and expertise.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading product, solution, or technical architecture initiatives involving systems integration and commissioning.

• Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and end-to-end solution development.

• Deep understanding of the electric utility industry, including communication architectures, standards, and smart grid technologies.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technical documentation processes.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for analysis, reporting, and presentations.
