Develops and executes product roadmaps aligned with business strategy, working closely with sales, production, and R&D to meet customer needs, profitability, and growth targets.
Key duties include supporting sales with technical expertise, managing product lifecycle, collaborating on product development, leading customer projects, ensuring quality, and identifying market expansion opportunities.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1-4 years in product management or sales support, strong manufacturing knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Position is full-time, based in Appleton, WI, with a flexible schedule and quarterly travel.
