Who We're Looking For:
Previous automotive, retail, or commission-based sales experience preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
Follow up with leads (phone, email, internet inquiries)
Maintain strong product knowledge across Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles
Work collaboratively with team members and management

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $50,600.00 to $137,000.00, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, & Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
