This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are seeking
Product Specialist,
Support the integration of ePS PrintStream Fulfillment with existing systems, focusing on order management and inventory control.
Job description:
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and provide guidance on the effective use of ePS software.
Assist in the implementation of MarketDirect StoreFront, ensuring customizable storefronts and efficient product ordering workflows.
Support the integration of ePS PrintStream Fulfillment with existing systems, focusing on order management and inventory control.
Facilitate the use of ePS Process Shipper to streamline shipping processes and improve productivity.
Help optimize workflows using ePS Pace, centralizing scheduling and automating processes for various printing sectors.
Provide training and support to users, leveraging the EFI Communities platform for additional resources and insights.
Document processes and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability post-implementation.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience with eProductivity Software (ePS) modules, specifically MarketDirect StoreFront, PrintStream Fulfillment, Process Shipper, and Pace.
Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory management solutions.
Experience in e-commerce platforms and print management information systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business users.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software-related issues.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and multi-carrier shipping management.
Experience in the printing and packaging industry.
Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with ePS software.
Experience in training users on software applications.
