This role exists to ensure our products are not only thoughtfully designed and launched, but are continuously maintained and improved through constant feedback loops between our internal teams and end users.This role sits at the intersection of product operations, product analysis, and quality assurance. The Product Specialist partners closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Support, as well as other cross‑functional teams, to ensure products work as intended, launch smoothly, and improve over time. They are deeply embedded in the product lifecycle and constantly pressure‑test flows, track performance, and surface insights that improve the experience.In this role, you will…Act as the customer advocateRepresent end users in pod discussions and decision makingRun full product journeys end to end to understand the real experienceIdentify friction, confusion, and complexity across B2C and B2B experiencesSupport product readinessCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Support, Legal, and Policy teamsSurface downstream implications for internal teams and customers before and after launchEnsure shared understanding of how products should behave across systems and use casesTrack performance and behaviorMonitor core product and business metrics tied to adoption, usage, and experienceAnalyze user behavior and product performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunitiesTranslate learnings from testing and experimentation into clear recommendationsIdentify improvement opportunitiesIdentify key problem areas, edge cases, and failure pointsSpot issues impacting specific customer segments, partners, or workflowsSurface insights from data, support signals, and operational feedbackOwn quality and testingAct as first line of defense for product qualityTest new features, enhancements, and integrations across environmentsDocument and prioritize bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issuesPartner with engineering and product to resolve issues quicklyDrive AI usage and adoptionUse AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude as part of daily workBuild and refine AI workflows to streamline testing, analysis, and documentationAnalyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative signals using AIIdentify opportunities where AI can improve speed, quality, or clarityPressure test AI‑powered features from a user perspectiveIn terms of qualifications, we're seeking:2+ years of experience working in a product roleDeeply obsessive about user experience and product qualityNaturally detail‑oriented with strong product intuitionComfortable advocating for the customer and pushing for clarityCurious, analytical, and motivated by making things better every dayExperience in product operations, product analytics, QA, consulting, or similar rolesHigh level of comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms in day‑to‑day workAbility to design and iterate on AI‑driven workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and insight generationStrong analytical skills and comfort working with product and business dataAbility to synthesize quantitative signals and qualitative feedback into actionable insightsExcellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate issues and recommendationsExperience working closely with engineering and design teams (nice to have)Familiarity with analytics tools or SQL (nice to have)Experience supporting both consumer and partner‑facing products (nice to have)Benefits:Compensation - We offer a competitive salary with a meaningful stake in the company via equity and our performance bonus programHealth insurance for you (& your loved ones) from day one - Enjoy a One Medical Membership, wellness stipends, family programs and more, on us.
