Product Specialist - Plano, TX - Contract - $33-43 per HR
Description
This is a 12-month contract position located in Plano, TX. The role involves being a subject matter expert on home appliance products, providing technical advice, and enhancing service expertise. Responsibilities include analyzing product content, collaborating with teams to add missing models, and reviewing technical documents. A strong technical background in engineering is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current product status to identify missing content.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate missing models into systems.
- Review and create content for new models prior to launch.
- Provide technical advice to customers to advance their objectives.
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans with various departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 2-3 years experience in engineering or technical field related to home appliances.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of production processes and strategic planning principles.
