• Pay: $50,600 - $137,000 Annually
• Schedule: Full Time with Weekend Availability
• Department Hours: Monday - Saturday: 8:00am - 8:00pm, and Sunday: 9:00am - 7:00pm

What You'll Do

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process
• Build relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Build knowledge of product information, current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions.
• Respond to and nurture inbound leads from online inquiries, phone calls, and showroom visits to convert prospects into customers.
• Participate in daily sales and training meetings

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• We value bilingual (Spanish/English) ability.

• Build customer relationships and deliver a positive buying experience.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $50,600 - $137,000.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
