A brilliant opportunity for a talented Graduate or experienced professional to work as a Product Specialist, joining a market -leading disruptive software technology firm that has just opened a new international office in Dallas, Texas. This is a pre -sales, sales -focused role where you will be expected to bring strong sales energy, presence, and gravitas to every client interaction.

On a daily basis, you will be working closely with the sales team at the front end of the sales cycle, delivering Proof of Concepts and influencing buying decisions by assisting with live customer projects for a machine -learning platform.

Location: <\/b>San Francisco, California – initially full -time in the office; after 3 months hybrid can be discussed (worth noting that opportunities are also open in Dallas, New York, & London)

Salary:<\/b> $75,000 – $80,000 basic salary + generous OTE + healthcare, dental, pension, etc.

Requirements for Product Specialist:<\/b>
<\/div>
  • A minimum of a 3.5 GPA bachelors from an internationally renowned University in a STEM or Law related discipline
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Fantastic academic history through High School & University (please ensure all academic achievements are listed on your resume)
    <\/li>
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash
    <\/li>
  • Excellent customer -facing skills with brilliant communication skills, with the confidence and credibility to engage commercially with prospective clients
    <\/li>
  • A motivated self -starter with a problem -solving attitude and a naturally sales -oriented mindset
    <\/li>
  • Strong aptitude for picking up technologies and articulating their value in a compelling, sales -driven way
    <\/li>
  • Ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team
    <\/li>
  • Keen to pursue a career as a Product Specialist: (Note: This role is not a traditional Product Manager or Marketing position, as the job title has occasionally led to confusion. Please refer to the responsibilities section for further clarification).

    Responsibilities for Product Specialist:<\/b>

    As a Product Specialist, you will operate at the pre -sales stage of the customer journey, collaborating closely with prospective clients during their trial phases and playing a critical role in driving conversions and supporting revenue generation. You will combine technical understanding with strong commercial instinct and sales presence, helping prospects clearly see the value of the platform. Working alongside the sales team, you will be instrumental in converting prospects into customers. For existing clients, you will liaise with the Support and Technical teams, ensuring a positive experience with the technology and helping clients maximize their investment. This will include:

    • You will be the main point of contact and liaise with clients, internal teams (predominantly the tech team)
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Manage live customer projects from planning to final review, with a focus on successful commercial outcomes
      <\/li>
    • Provide customer training to new and existing customers
      <\/li>
    • Deliver workflow advice to customers using the product, positioning solutions in a way that supports sales objectives
      <\/li>
    • Identify significant new projects and uncover opportunities to expand accounts
      <\/li>
    • Basic troubleshooting, and escalation of issues to the tech team
      <\/li>
    • Gain an in -depth understanding of the company’s technology so you can confidently present, position, and sell its value to customers
      <\/li>
    • Provide updates to the management team on accounts, including pipeline progress and conversion insights
      <\/li><\/ul>
