Essential Duties include (but not limited to):
- Conduct Lubron Sales order entry, quote follow up and tracking.
- Preform proposal development and coordination.
- Supporting and developing the market intelligence function with market research for our products.
- Gathering and interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings. Looking for trends and patterns in data fields; testing hypothesis based on data sets.
- Utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations.
- Developing and maintaining key program overviews to include program potential, target applications, build rates, timelines, and regularly scheduled program reviews.
- Assisting the Product Managers and Business Development Manager with commercial and technical proposals.
- Leading customer audits and working closely to ensure all necessary departments are involved, prepared, and able to support customer requests.
- Assisting in the development of marketing literature.
- Tracking of divisional programs and objectives.
- Coordinating process and procedure improvement / implementation.
- Perform receptionist and customer service responsibilities, including answering, screening, and routing telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Perform administrative and office support activities, including scanning, faxing, sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and data entry.
- Perform other related duties as determined and directed by supervisor.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Requirements include the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Must be a self-starter, motivated and resourceful - think outside the box.
- Detail orientated individual with a good work ethic.
- Results driven person who is willing to exceed goals and objectives.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to prioritize and solve practical problems.
- Ability to apply basic concepts of math and analyze results.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word programs
MIN/MAX: $70k-$72k
