    Product / Sr. Product Engineer

    Bothell, WA 90 – 130k

    Direct Hire / Onsite

     

     

    Talentry is looking for both a Product Engineer AND a Sr. Project Engineer with Aerospace experience.

     

    The (Sr.) Project Engineer is responsible for leading and/or assisting in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the organization. This involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in aircraft seat design (LOPA).
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
    • Lead and/or assist in the execution of project activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
    • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
    • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
    • (Sr. only) Mentor and provide guidance to junior project engineers, fostering their professional development.


    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
    • Catia, AutoCAD, PLM
    • Proven Aerospace experience
    • 5+ years (Sr. 8+ years) of experience in project engineering or project management.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
    • Proven ability to lead and/or support cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • PMP certification is a plus.


    Benefits

    Project Engineer: 90-110k
    Sr Project Engineer: 110-130k
