Description:
Experienced Product Strategy & Adoption Consultant (Contractor) responsible for driving the business value, adoption, and operational integration of digital products. This role sits at the intersection of product management, change, and business outcomes translating product capabilities into measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Value

• Align product strategy with enterprise goals.
• Define value propositions, metrics, and outcomes.
• Prioritize use cases for productivity, efficiency, or growth.
• Coordinate with the ECC architecture, Operation Teams, other groups enablement groups (i.e. Global Risk, Cyber, Legal.) to establish the enablement strategy and approach

Adoption & Engagement

• Develop strategies for sustained product use.
• Segment users, map journeys, and tailor enablement.
• Focus on outcome-driven activities.
• Advise leaders to align business goals and investments.
• Facilitate prioritization of features and adoption.
• Influence across teams.

Measurement, Optimization & Integration

• Set KPIs for adoption and benefits.
• Use data to adjust and optimize.
• Communicate value clearly to executives.
• Integrate products into workflows and governance.
• Address risks and gaps in adoption.
• Support sustainability post-launch.

Required Expertise:

Product Management & Strategy

• Proven experience leading product strategy (not just backlog or delivery)
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management from ideation to value realization
• Experience translating abstract capabilities (e.g., digital platforms, AI, SaaS tools) into practical business outcomes

Adoption, Change & Enablement

• Demonstrated success driving adoption of digital products at scale
• Experience designing enablement programs that go beyond training (behavior change, impact)
• Familiarity with change management principles and user centered design

Business Acumen

• Ability to connect product investments to financial, operational, or strategic value
• Comfort working with senior leaders and presenting executive level narratives
• Strong analytical skills to define and interpret adoption and value metrics

Stakeholder & Program Leadership

• Experience operating in large, matrixed, enterprise environments
• Strong facilitation, storytelling, and influence skills
• Ability to work independently as a contractor and lead through ambiguity

Tools & Environments (flexible)

• Experience with digital workplace platforms, enterprise SaaS products, or emerging technologies (e.g., AI enabled tools)
• Comfort operating across business, technology, and talent/change teams.
