We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Senior Director, Product - Media OS to lead the next evolution of our flagship platform and drive innovation at the intersection of healthcare, data, and advertising technology.
Position Overview
The Senior Director, Product - Media OS will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and market success of IQVIA Digital's flagship healthcare marketing platform. This leader will drive the transformation of Media OS from a unified omnichannel marketing platform into an intelligent, AI-powered audience and activation ecosystem that enables healthcare organizations to deliver highly personalized, privacy-compliant marketing experiences at scale.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AdTech, martech, digital platforms, data-driven SaaS products, and omnichannel marketing ecosystems, combined with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business impact.

Required Qualifications
12+ years of product management and product leadership experience in:
Advertising technology (AdTech)
Marketing technology (MarTech)
Digital platforms
Data-driven SaaS environments
Proven success building and scaling enterprise platforms supporting planning, activation, and measurement workflows.
Deep expertise in:
Programmatic advertising ecosystems and DSPs
Identity resolution and identity graph technologies
Data platforms and audience modeling
Omnichannel marketing strategies
Demonstrated ability to:
Lead large-scale cross-functional organizations
Translate strategic vision into measurable business outcomes
Influence senior executives and key stakeholders
Operate effectively in complex, regulated industries

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $140,100.00 - $390,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
