We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Product Strategy Director to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of product managers. This role is accountable for defining and executing product strategy, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, and delivering innovative solutions that drive exceptional customer experiences, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
The Director partners closely with engineering, operations, data, design, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and long-term success. This role is responsible for evolving the product portfolio as technology advances, with a strong focus on applied AI, large language models (LLMs), automation, and modern product development practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers across multiple products or product lines
Foster a culture of customer-centricity, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Establish clear goals, roles, and career development paths
Drive excellence in product discovery, delivery, and outcomes-based decision making
Product Vision & Strategy:
Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with enterprise goals
Own and evolve product roadmaps to maximize customer value and business impact
Identify opportunities to leverage technology, data, and process improvements
Drive adoption of AI, LLM-enabled capabilities, automation, and emerging development approaches
Evaluate emerging technologies to inform strategy
Balance innovation with scalability, governance, and risk management
Product Development & Delivery:
Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization
Guide teams in modern product management and agile development practices
Promote use of AI-assisted development tools and rapid prototyping
Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure AI solutions are secure and compliant
Encourage experimentation while maintaining governance frameworks
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence:
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly
Align stakeholders on priorities and success metrics
Translate complex concepts into executive-level insights
Market, Customer & Trend Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
Incorporate customer insights and market research into product strategy
Ensure products are differentiated and deliver maximum value
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required
8+ years of product management experience required
3+ years in a people leadership role highly preferred
Solid experience developing, coaching and retaining high-performing product managers is highly preferred
Working knowledge of applied AI, large language models (LLMs), and automation concepts required
Ability to translate technical possibilities into customer and business value is required
Proven success managing multiple, complex product portfolios
Experience delivering technology-enabled solutions in a regulated/complex environment preferred
Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
Deep understanding of product discovery and agile practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to lead through ambiguity
Experience delivering business outcomes through product solutions
Experience with rapid prototyping and experimentation
Ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences
Able to travel up to 25% as needed

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 161,900 - 269,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
