We are seeking a Product & Strategy Lead to drive program strategy, executive stakeholder engagement, governance, and cross-functional coordination for a large-scale technology transformation initiative.
Location: Jefferson City, MO
Duration: 12-Month Contract with anticipated 12-month extension
Work Schedule: Onsite every other week (Monday-Thursday)

Description
- Lead program strategy and support the execution of enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Manage relationships with executive stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
- Establish and oversee program governance, reporting, communications, and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate efforts between State leadership, implementation partners, and project teams.
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and strategic planning activities.
- Ensure program objectives, milestones, and deliverables are aligned and successfully achieved.

Profile
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in program strategy, governance, and organizational change initiatives.
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders in complex environments.
- Experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- State or local government consulting experience.
- Experience supporting ERP or enterprise-wide transformation programs.
- Knowledge of public sector governance and program delivery frameworks.
