Job Description

Product Supply Lead are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Product Supply Lead are responsible for a combination of critical tasks to support our sales functions. Product Supply Lead provides support in warehouse inventory, coaching Team Members, and supporting the collaboration of different sales and service roles to help maintain and grow sales volume with each location. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:

  • Fluency in Technology and using computer system like Inventory Control, SAP, and Excel.
  • Build relationships with appropriate sales team and provide great customer service
  • Report service metrics during the tag calls and action plan opportunities in the warehouse
  • Check code dates and remove stale products from warehouse locations
  • Able to learn complex systems to assist in site's Finished Good Waste & Inventory
  • Using Forklift to move and check products through the warehouse
  • Coach & motivate the Team Members with proper product handling and scanning.
  • Analyzing business reports and action plan against both team and individual performance opportunities daily.
  • Work with our sales team on moving products throughout the region.

We operate 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in this kind of environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Here are the minimum qualifications of this job:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You may be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
  • You have a have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain licensure as required by state law
  • You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

While the minimum qualifications are all you need to apply, top candidates will also have:

  • Prior Merchandising experience (retail and/or grocery store environment)
  • Working knowledge of iPad/iPhone
